VOMegaPlot Change Log
VOMegaPlot is similar to VOPlot except that it has
two phases, preprocessing phase where the VOTable is converted into
intermediate files on disk and plotting phase where the intermediate files
would be used instead of VOTable.

in VOMegaPlot v1.1:
- In the parse phase the cfo files produces are
compressed.
- Bug in parsing skewed data
is fixed.
