VOMegaPlot Client-Server Change Log

VOMegaPlot Client-Server is similar to VOMegaPlot except that in this the plotting happens at the server end. VOMegaPlot Server is hosting end of the VOMegaPlot Client-Server

which handles the requests made by VOMegaPlot Clients. When the Client sends the plotting request, plotting of datasets happens at the server end, while only the plotted image is

transferred back to client.

Features in VOMegaPlot Client-Server v1.0 Beta:

• Allows plotting of numeric fields from a VOTable.
• Allows to plot large catalogues like tycho and ucac.
• Supports various plots – scatter plot, density plot, projection plot(sinusoidal, aitoff, moleweide), histograms
