To create a new PlotPanel of any random size, click on "Create PlotPanel" icon 
or "Create PlotPanel" submenu from "PlotPanel" menu. Clicking on that creates a
translucent layer over all the PlotPanels present. Drag the left mouse down and to
left to draw a box and release it to get a new PlotPanel.
