When there are multiple plots in the main window. One can plot the
selected points onto a another plot by dragging them to that particular
plot panel. If the plot panel on which the points are dragged in has
already some plotted points, user is prompted with a context menu
asking user whether the dragged points should be added or replaced
to the already plotted points.
