To create a new PlotPanel of any random size, click on ``Create
PlotPanel'' icon 
or ``Create PlotPanel'' submenu
from ``PlotPanel'' menu. Clicking
on that creates a translucent layer over all the PlotPanels present.
Drag the left mouse down and to left to draw a box and release it
to get a new PlotPanel.
