New window/panel can be created by just dragging the mouse to make
a rectangle of required size.
New panel created can be attached to any other panel by making it
the child of the other panel. You can also make a child panel independent.
Plot panels by default are in free layout. If needed plot panels can
be tiled or cascaded or arranged as grid (2x3, 3x3 ...).
