VOPlot is now bundled with a PLASTIC Hub. A PLASTIC preferences dialog is also added to let users control whether to launch the internal hub automatically on start-up and whether to send show <points> message (for selecting points across tools) upon selection/unselection of points in VOPlot. Refer section 6.1 for more help.
